Urszula Świderska – Vice-President of the Management Board of the “Forum of International Schools” in Poland

I graduated in journalism and social communication at the Krakow Academy. A. Frycz – Modrzewski. I also have pedagogical training. As the originator and organizer of artistic projects, for many years I have helped develop the passions of children and young people from dysfunctional families in Małopolska. Over 500 children participated in free projects: “Dance – Passion of the World – Interpenetration of Cultures” and the Art Academy “Step towards art”. The culmination of several months of children’s work were performances with their participation staged on the stage of Krakow theaters: “Alice Through the Looking Glass” and “I’ll Never Let You Go” at the Nowa Huta Cultural Center, the Wax Figure Museum on the stage of the Krakow Opera, the show “Boring for Pudy” in Małopolska Garden of Arts and “Fiddler on the Roof” at the Bagatela Theater. Moreover, out of passion for dance I organized five international salsa festivals in the Wieliczka Salt Mine. Artistic projects for children and my daughter’s education at High School in the UK gave rise to the idea of creating a school with an international program in Krakow. Currently, my husband and I run two educational institutions: Cracow International School and Wawel International School in Krakow. Privately, I like dancing, yoga and traveling. I have three wonderful children: Monika, Nathaniel and Liam.
